This shirt was made for those men and woman who served aboard this very versatile aircraft. Loving known as Pedro, the HH-43 was a work horse for rescue and firefighting duties

The Kaman HH-43 Huskie was a helicopter with inter-meshing rotors used by the United States Air Force, the United States Navy and the United States Marine Corps from the 1950s until the 1970s. It was primarily used for aircraft firefighting and rescue in the close vicinity of air bases, but was later utilized as a short range overland search and rescue aircraft during the Vietnam War. Under the U.S. Navy's pre-1962 aircraft designation system, U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps versions were originally designated as the HTK, HOK or HUK, contingent upon their use as training, observation or utility aircraft, respectively.

Thank you for visiting Badges of Honor. We are owned and operated by firefighters. We sell Firefighter, Law Enforcement, EMS and Military Clothing. The majority of our  apparel are NOT screen printed as we use a direct to garment printing (DTG) process. This will ensure that the art will not crack and/or peel off. Direct to garment printing has become popular because it is almost 100% eco-friendly. While screen printing and other methods often use synthetic plastisol-based inks, DTG printers use environmentally-friendly, water-based inks, with the exception of certain mild solvent based and discharge inks used on a small percentage of printers.  DTG printing simply requires the image to be of adequate resolution and it can print a full color image directly onto the garment. Our T-shirts are of high quality name brand cotton or cotton blend shirts

I bought two of the Huskie Ts for fellow Pedros, one was a crew chief and other a firefighter. It is nice to have Huskie items we can get. There are many of us around now.

    Great T-Shirt

I got the lighter ash grey this time. It makes the graphics stand out more that the sport grey. The logo on back is a good one for the HH-43. It had a lot of saves in SEA. Was pilot 63-67.
