      Thank you for shopping with Badges of Honor. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we process orders, ship products, and handle returns, exchanges, and damaged items for purchases made through badgesofhonor.net.

      1. Order Processing

      Most orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product type, stock status, customization, order volume, and holiday demand.

      Many of our products are made to order or produced in limited runs, so processing may take longer than standard retail fulfillment.

      2. Shipping Timeframes

      Shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

      Delivery times may vary due to:

      • Carrier delays
      • Weather
      • Holidays
      • Supply issues
      • Custom or made-to-order production time
      • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

      Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

      3. Shipping Charges

      Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

      If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.

      4. Order Accuracy

      Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including product selection, size, color, customization, and shipping address.

      Badges of Honor is not responsible for delays or losses caused by customer-submitted errors.

      5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

      If your tracking number shows that a package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.

      Badges of Honor is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier, but we will try to assist you with carrier claim information when possible.

      6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

      If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

      Please include:

      • Your order number
      • A description of the problem
      • Clear photos of the item and packaging

      If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

      7. Returns

      Because many of our products are made to order, custom, or printed specifically for the customer, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or unless we approve a return in writing.

      If a return is approved, the item must be:

      • Unworn
      • Unwashed
      • In original condition
      • Free of odors, pet hair, and damage caused after delivery

      We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

      8. Return Authorization

      Do not send back merchandise without contacting us first.

      If a return is approved, we may issue a return authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may delay processing.

      9. Return Shipping Costs

      Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

      We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any approved return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

      10. Refunds

      If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

      Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

      Please allow reasonable processing time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

      11. Exchanges

      Exchanges may be offered at our discretion for damaged, defective, incorrect, or occasionally eligible non-custom items. Contact us before returning anything so we can review the issue and give proper instructions.

      12. Cancellations

      Orders may only be canceled before production or fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered production, been customized, or shipped, it may no longer be canceled.
