Badges of Honor is an e-commerce business offering apparel, decals, custom products, and related merchandise for fire, law enforcement, EMS, military, public safety, charitable, sports, and other organizations.

Because custom items are produced specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once production has begun, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

You are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, artwork, numbers, department names, logos, colors, product options, sizes, quantities, and other details before submitting your order.

6. Customer-Submitted Artwork, Logos, and Designs

If you submit artwork, logos, badges, department names, organization marks, photographs, slogans, or other materials to Badges of Honor, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the submitted material, or
• You have permission from the rightful owner to use the material, and
• Your submitted material does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, or other legal right of another person or organization.

By submitting artwork or design materials, you grant Badges of Honor permission to use those materials as needed to produce your order, communicate with you about your order, and fulfill related services.

Badges of Honor may refuse to produce any item that we believe may be unlawful, infringing, misleading, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, website layout, icons, and other materials, is owned by Badges of Honor or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
